»  Must have a strong managerial or at least a supervisory experience in all aspects
      of HR operations
»  With excellent interpersonal, coaching/training, motivational, written,
      and oral communication skills, manpower planning, Performance Appraisal,
      Training, Formulation and Implementation of HR policies, Exposure to function
      of Personnel Department
»  Must be a graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology,
     Sociology/Social Science, or other related degrees
»  Applicants with proven track record in HR management, including strategic planning,
     organizational development, and management of labor issues will have an advantage

»  Registered Medical Technologist in the Philippines and Filipino Citizen
»  Master's Degree in Medical Technology or other related course, Biological Science
     Education and Administration
»  At least 5 years teaching experience
»  With at least 5 yrs combined clinical and administrative experience
»  With strong background in CHED's rules, regulations and guidelines
»  An active member of good standing of the Philippine Association of Medical Technologist

5. Dean, College of Radiologic Technology

»  At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required
